Kanean has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to every post, profile and message on the platform.

It is prohibited to post, send by message, request or share child sexual abuse material, content that sexualizes children or teenagers, grooming, exploitation, trafficking or any attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes. The prohibition covers photos, text, comments, profiles and direct messages.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kanean. Accounts of people below that age are closed when identified.
Content of this kind is removed as soon as it is identified and the responsible account is closed. Records are preserved and reported to the competent authorities, such as the Brazilian Federal Police and the SaferNet Brasil national cybercrime reporting center, as required by Brazilian law.
In the app, tap the three dots on a post, a comment or a profile and choose Report. Reports of this kind take priority and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also write to seguranca@kanean.com, or report directly to SaferNet Brasil (new.safernet.org.br/denuncie). If a child is in immediate danger, call 190 in Brazil or your local emergency number.
