Write to contato@kanean.com telling us what happened and, if you can, your account email. We reply by email.
contato@kanean.comTap the three dots on a post, a comment or a profile and choose Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
On the person’s profile, tap the three dots and choose Block. You stop seeing each other’s content and they can no longer message you. Unblock whenever you want in Settings > Blocked users.
In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. Without access to the app, request deletion by email from your account address. What is erased and what stays public is described in the privacy policy.
If a life or someone’s safety is at risk, call 190 (Military Police), 192 (SAMU ambulance), 193 (Fire Department) or 199 (Civil Defense) in Brazil. Kanean does not dispatch emergency services.
